Trump Media Pitches $100,000 Monthly Fee For Fastest Access To Trump’s Truth Social Posts

Trump Media & Technology Group, the firm that runs Truth Social as per reports is planning to charge financial firms or traders for faster access to posts made by US President Donald Trump on the platform. Remember this move comes in the wake of rising geopolitical uncertainty and investors realising how most crucial global announcements have been made on the Truth Social platform first.
As per reports, the company has discussed a fee of around $100,000 per month for quicker access to the Truth Social data feed, a decision aimed at firms wanting to take advantage of the announcements or updates that are sensitive to markets and the global economy.
As per reports, Truth Social’s new paid option will be called ‘Truth API’ and this will ensure customers will get faster access to posts from the most influential accounts on the platform. In fact, as per some reports ‘Truth API’ will offer updates from 10 most influential accounts at a speed quicker than the regular push notification available currently. This move will boost the appeal of the platform for those seeking real-time access to crucial, price sensitive and sometimes market-moving information.
Whether it has been tariffs, foreign policy or crucial conflicts/wars across the world- the key decisions or opinions of US President Donald Trump have first surfaced on Truth Social. This premium data service is yet another business model and a fresh revenue stream for Trump Media while reflecting Truth Social to be a real-time source of political, financial and global information.
However, some analysts question whether the firms that pay for this faster/premium access to Trump’s posts on Truth Social will then have an unfair advantage as there is an intersection between political communication or commentary and financial trading or economic decisions and the impact they will have altogether.
