Xtranet Technologies IPO Day 2: Check Latest GMP, Price Bank, And Other Details Before Investing

Xtranet Technologies IPO opened for subscription on Thursday, July 24. The public issue, valued at Rs 166.80 crore, is a 100 per cent fresh issue, with the company offering 1.31 crore equity shares to raise capital. There is no offer-for-sale (OFS) component in the issue. The book-built IPO opened for bidding on July 23, 2026, and will remain available for subscription until July 27, 2026. Following the completion of the bidding process, the basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on July 28, while the company’s shares are tentatively scheduled to debut on the BSE and NSE on July 30, 2026.
The company has fixed the price band at Rs 120-Rs 127 per share. Investors can place bids in lots of 110 shares, which translates into a minimum investment of Rs 13,970 for retail applicants at the upper end of the price band.
Retail investors can apply for up to 14 lots (1,540 shares), requiring an investment of Rs 1,95,580. The minimum application size for the small HNI category is 15 lots (1,650 shares), while bidders in the large HNI category must apply for at least 72 lots (7,920 shares).
The IPO is being managed by Share India Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. as the book-running lead manager, while KFin Technologies Ltd. has been appointed as the registrar to the issue.

With the upper price band of Rs 127.00, Xtranet Technologies IPO’s estimated listing price is Rs 134 (cap price + today’s GMP). The expected percentage gain/loss per share is 5.51 per cent.
Issue Structure, Share Allocation And Timeline

The public issue comprises 1,31,34,000 equity shares, taking the total issue size to nearly Rs 167 crore at the upper price band.
Under the allocation structure, Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) have been reserved 50 per cent of the issue, amounting to 65,67,000 shares. Of this, 39,40,200 shares have already been allotted to anchor investors.
Meanwhile, 15 per cent of the issue has been earmarked for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs), while 35 per cent has been reserved for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs).

Anchor Investment And Company Profile

Ahead of the public issue, Xtranet Technologies mobilised Rs 50.04 crore from anchor investors on July 22, 2026. The anchor portion consists of 39,40,200 shares. As per the lock-in schedule, half of these shares will remain locked in until August 27, 2026, while the remaining shares will be subject to a lock-in period ending October 26, 2026.
